Chi Phi stands for Truth, Honor, and Personal Integrity and encourages brothers to uphold those values in their daily lives. We are a strictly NON-HAZING fraternity and refuse to accept it in our organization. It has no place in Chi Phi and will not be tolerated.

Candidates for Membership

Candidates for membership are an important part of the Chi Phi fraternity because they represent the future of the organization. Pledging is a period of time, usually three or four weeks, in which the Candidates for membership become familiar with the fraternity. This involves bonding with other Candidates for membership, and learning about the founding members, the history of the fraternity and the Greek system as a whole. Chi Phi has a strict no hazing policy and it will NOT be tolerated in any form by the members of Chi Phi.
